From Sketch to Precision: CAD Design
After your initial sketch, we transform your vision into reality using advanced Computer-Aided Design (CAD). This technology enables us to create an exact digital model of your jewellery piece.
Every curve, proportion, and intricate detail is meticulously refined, ensuring absolute accuracy and perfection before the crafting process begins.
Wax 3D Printing: Bringing Your Design to Life
From your CAD design, we craft a highly detailed wax model — the very foundation of your bespoke jewellery piece.
Using specialised 3D printing technology, the model is built layer by layer in wax, capturing even the finest details with precision. This stage usually takes 24 to 48 hours, depending on the complexity of the design and current workload.
Once complete, we’ll share images of the wax model for your approval before moving forward to the next stage of creation.
our Piece Enters Production
The journey continues as your wax model is cast and expertly shaped, using gold, platinum, or your chosen metal.
From there, your piece undergoes meticulous polishing, precise gemstone setting, and the addition of any custom embellishments to bring out its true brilliance.
Production timelines vary with the complexity of the design, typically ranging from 2 days to 2 weeks.
